These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vortex AI mobile application (the "App") and this website. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vortex AI provides AI-powered chat, image generation and editing, anime-style art, music generation, and video generation. Free accounts include limited daily usage; Pro and Ultra subscriptions unlock higher or unlimited usage as described in the App.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions (Pro and Ultra; weekly, monthly, or yearly) are billed through Google Play at the price shown at purchase time in your local currency.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
• Your plan is verified server-side; attempting to forge or share entitlements may result in suspension.

3. Fair Use

"Unlimited messages" on paid plans means no cap for normal human use. To keep the service fast and affordable for everyone, we apply rate limits, burst protection, and abuse detection to automated, scripted, shared-account, or otherwise abusive usage. Creative tools (images, edits, anime, music, video) have the daily/weekly quotas shown on the pricing page and in the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• generate illegal content, or content that exploits or harms minors;
• harass, defame, or violate the rights (including intellectual-property rights) of others;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, overload, or circumvent the security or quota systems of the service;
• resell or redistribute the service or share one subscription across many people.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite our safeguards. Output is provided "as is" — verify important information independently. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

6. Content Ownership

You retain rights to the prompts you submit. Subject to applicable law and third-party model terms, you may use content you generate in the App for personal or commercial purposes. We claim no ownership of your generated content.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, models, and quotas may change as underlying AI providers evolve. We will not materially reduce a paid plan's core value mid-subscription without notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, including abuse, fraud, or entitlement forgery. You may stop using the App at any time; cancelling a subscription stops future renewals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortex AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
